Genesis 12:1-3, 4-20; Genesis 13:1-4
The Lord spoke to Abram to get out of his country, from his kinfolks and from his father’s house unto a land that he would show him. God said, And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing. And I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curse thee: and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

Abram then obeys the Lord and leaves his Father’s house in Haran taking Sarai his wife and Lot his nephew to pursue this promised place.
Abram Leaves Haran (State of the Dead; World) to Pass through the Land of Sichem (the Place of Burdens) unto the Plain of Moreh (An Archer, Teacher or Teaching, Early Rain)
God then speaks again to Abram, in Genesis 12:7 Unto thy seed will I give this land and there built he an Altar unto the Lord, who appeared unto him. Abram moves on up unto a mountain on the west of Bethel (House of God), he pitches his tent there between Bethel and Hai (A Place of Waking or Watch) on the East. He pitches his Tent (Sets Up His Prayer Room) building an Altar to meet his God.
When God Appears ~ Build Him an Altar ~ And Call upon His Name Find you a Place in Your House Wherever you Live ~ A Place where You & God can meet Daily and Regularly. A Place Where He will bring His Presence! We must have the spirit of the HOUSE OF GOD in OUR HOUSES!!! This Place Must Allow for Us to Be Awaken and Be Watchful of those things that are coming upon the Land. As We Pray we thwart the enemy’s plans to Kill, Steal & Destroy! We Must Return to our First LOVE, Praying at the Altar. We are the GateKeepers of His Glory.
Abram experiences a famine in Canaan and journey’s into Egypt. He ask Sarai to say she was his Sister instead of his wife out of fear of death. We already know that God had made a Promise to his Servant. He Could Not DIE before the Time, He would LIVE to declare the wonderful works of God. Pharoah took her into his house because of her beauty.
But God plaqued Pharoah’s House with great sickenesses with Trouble and Chastisement and made it miserable for him and his company. All because of Sarai (God’s promised seed was out of place). Abram and his party were sent out of Egypt and he returned to the Altar Built at first in Canaan in the Beginning.
GOD will make lives miserable when his servants are operating Out Of Place! Even your friends & enemies will want you to Go!
God is saying “Align Yourselves with Me” Line Up with Me in Prayer!
Haggai 2:3-9 King James Version (KJV)
3 Who is left among you that saw this house in her first glory? and how do ye see it now? is it not in your eyes in comparison of it as nothing?
4 Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the Lord; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the Lord, and work: for I am with you, saith the Lord of hosts:
5 According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.
6 For thus saith the Lord of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;
7 And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts.
8 The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts.
9 The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts.
I shall not die, but live and declare the works of the Lord.
